I had a few "That moment when's" throughout my day today, some good and some not so good. I thought I'd collect them all and share them here. In no particular order:
- That moment when your child gets a fever and throws up, and you immediately start googling "Ebola".
- That moment when you were up half the night with Ebola child, so your husband takes the morning shift and lets you sleep til 9:30!
- That moment when coffee.
- That moment when you keep thinking it's Saturday but get excited all over again every time you realize it's only Friday. (We're on stay-cation this week; that's the only reason I could get a Friday and Saturday mixed up)
- That moment when you go in your basement and get attacked by a camel cricket. (Then frantically run back upstairs without getting what you needed from the basement)
- That moment when your toddler grins and waves at all the elderly people at Walmart, and it makes you really proud and happy. (Then you rush through your grocery list before his mood has a chance to change)
- That moment when you actually get all the toys, dishes, and clothes put away before you go to bed.
- That moment when it's bedtime.
So those were some of my moments today. I'd like to know if anyone else can actually relate to any of those. Or what's your favorite "That moment when..." you've ever heard?
